I read all the feedback on here about this system and how the bulbs came in broken.. I was hoping that since it had happened so many times that they would have surely came up with a remedy to this situation by now.. Well it appears they haven't.. The one i got came in with a broken bulb. All because they tried shipping the bulb and light fixture in the same box. And from what im gathering, the bulb doesnt come from the manufacturer in the fixture box. They are shipped seperate. If you order one of these.. Request that they ship them separate! Mine was screwed into the light socket when shipped and sure enough thats where it cracked and broke, right around where the threaded area is that screws into the fixture. These bulbs are huge!! the picture doesnt represent how big these things are. Theyre almost 6" in diameter and probably almost a foot long.. They should most definitely be shipped separate in a well cushioned and padded box..But the seller didnt make me ship the entire system back (THANK GOD) because i would have had to eat the shipping costs back to California. They didnt even make me return the broken bulb. Which was pretty awesome! They just sent me a new bulb in its original packaging (encapsulated in foam) and now its good to go! Hope this saves someone some hassle.. Its been close to 3 weeks since I originally placed the order and i can finally use this.

quick help

This is the second unit I've purchased. At 2oow, it works well as a clone or veg light. Second unit arrived with a broken lamp, had trouble getting through the exchange process online so went to help chat and they took care of it in minutes. Amazon has excellent customer service and with the low shipping rates, this is the best price and support I could find.

200W Hydrofarm.

I've order a total of 4 (one after the other) trying to get one with a working bulb.Unfortunitly I never did get one with a bulb.I purchased a feliz dual spectrum and put it in the fixture and that buld works well in it.I have no idea how the hydrofarm bulb performs.Disapointed. I think it's a bit fragile. However the box doesn't say so.

Shrub rake = 8" wide forks

This is a great quality rake but do not be confused. It has a 42 inch HANDLE. That is not to be confused with the approx 8 inch width of the rake itself. :) Returning the two I bought.

The perfect tool for cleaning our alpaca paddocks

We generally use plastic leaf rakes when cleaning up the alpaca manure in our paddocks. While plastic leaf rakes work well for areas with no grass, weeds or hay, they clog up very quickly when vegetation is present and it is difficult to get the vegetation out. The True Temper Clog-Free Poly Shrub Rake turned out to be the perfect solution. It is more rigid than than the leaf rake and very sturdy. When vegetation or manure are wet and do build up on the tines, a tap of the rake head on the lip of the muck bucket cleans the rake easily. We couldn't find this product or anything remotely like it locally and were happy to find it at Amazon for a reasonable price.

Ideal small rake

Like the larger model, you do not have to stop every minute to remove leaves that get stuck in the rake. This rake works well for flower gardens and other places where a large leaf rake won't fit.

Used many shovels in My day, raised on a farm, worked in East Texas oil field , maintenance labor gang in gas processing plants. The only thing I don't like is the sissyfied rubber grip on the handle, I took mine offf in the first 2 minutes. Probably fine if you were a gal.

A very handy hoe.

This hoe/hand cultivator is well built, sturdy, and very handy - I like the dual-sided feature. The grip is comfortable and feels secure, with or without gardening gloves. The hole in the handle is large enough for hanging on most hanging pegs. I would definitely recommend it for any gardener. The only problem is that the weeds come back anyway.

Good gardening tool

I like this tool. It is not too big, not too small, but just right for my small garden. It is very sturdy, heavy (but not too heavy) and very well built. I am putting four stars because I wish edge of the shovel would be sharper. It is dull and evenly cut. When I work in the garden and come across deep roots, I cannot just hammer and cut the root, the edge is not sharp at all. This works well on softer soil, but if I work with more compact soil, the edge of the shovel is not sharp enough to go deep. This tool works great in well establish gardens. I am exploring new territories for my garden where I deal with lots of root, grass, and bad soil, and unfortunately, I have to use other tools to fight with these things.

Works great until it breaks

I owned this for 6 months and it worked incredibly well cutting through branches up to 1 1/2" thick. But then, when attemtping to cut a 1" thick branch recently, the blade snapped clean off, rendering the tool useless. There isn't a replacement blade to be bought so you are stuck with having to shop for a new lopper tool. The only other problem with the ingenius design is that you have to spread the handle nearly 180 degrees apart to open up the jaws of the cutting end enough to get around thicker branches, so it is challenging inside a tree with lots of other branches around or in tighter spaces where you don't have room to spread the tool's handles that far apart. But when you do have room, the PowerGear design allows you to cut through even hardwood with ease. I just need something that will last longer so I'll be looking elsewhere for my next bypass lopper.

Only Very Light Work

Fiskars , I'm sure is a good tool company. However these Loppers are fine for small trimming. The problem starts when the orange pieces holding the blades inside the handle break and come out. Then the blade parts won't stay in the handle and it becomes extremly irritating. Taping , bolting etc. does not help. Then your off looking for new loppers.

Great solution for one hand flower cutting

My wife lost use of her right hand due to a stroke but she loves to cut and arrange flowers. I bought these pruners so she can cut flowers and then place them in a basket only using her left hand. They work great unless it is a very heavy flower (eg. gladiola or sunflower).

These pruners appear well made and will be very useful. Unfortunately I got them at the end of the season and won't really have a chance to use them until next summer. But they should come in very handy with my roses!
