Was not tough! The handle already broke off the hoe. The hoe head was flimsy! Would not buy another one. This is the second one and both broke.

Well made tool, though it's a bit light. The triangular blade is spot welded onto the square shaft, but it seems adequate. If your soil is worked and fairly easy to turn, this is a good tool. If your soil needs some busting up you may find yourself wanting something heavier.
