I've only been using this air manifold for about a month now. It's a simple device and there isn't much to complain about. I bought this as a replacement to the cheap-o plastic air manifold that came with my Pondmaster AP-40 air pump, which plastic became brittle and cracked due to age and probably UV damage.The valves are ball-valves, which is good. I certainly couldn't expect non-ball valves on such a small device anyways. The outlets will fit your "standard" air tubes lines (3/16) or so. The input is quite small in my opinion, about 1/4in. This was too small to fit into the output of my Pondmaster AP-40, however, wrapping it with a generous amount of teflon tape was enough to do the trick and create a sufficient seal.I think I can say with a high degree of confidence this wont be giving me any troubles and I'll update this review if that changes.
