I have an indoor Ficus... they are a picky plant... but it loves the light... the fish tank in the same room seems to be better... its brighter then the 65 watt bulbs I have in the other recessed can lighting in the same room... I keep it directly above the plant in a recessed light... All good... great for indoor plant growing... stays cool and cant burn the plants if they touch...

It is bright does the trick but spend a little more money for a better bulb. The lume's that are advertised are wrong. I am satisfied just let down that sellers miss mark products.
