This is an excellent all-purpose trowel. I bought one just like this 27 years ago (the year my daughter was born). The old trowel has been my single most-used garden tool. It is still useable, but many years of hard use has made bent back the angle between the handle and the blade, so I decided it was time to replace it.If I had bought the cheapo stamped-metal trowels at my local garden center, I would have needed to buy a new one -- or even two -- every year, and they would not have been nearly as comfortable in my hand.
