A superb tool with a fiberglass handle that will not decay. Blade is robust making an excellent garden tool.Amazon did well, this tool arrived earlier than predicted.

Well made product. The handle absorbs a lot of shock and the construction is done well so the tool does not detach from the handle. Looked as good as new after 3 days of intense work.

This replaced an old pick that was inherited with the house purchase. I discovered how a pick can ease yard work especially if the head is not flying off with every swing! Chose one with a fiberglass handle because wood, as it ages, offers splinters and deterioration. Thrilled with this purchase. It is a solid tool and if the old one impressed me, this one blows me away. The perfect combination of lightweight, solid handle and heavy weight head make it ideal. I have dug holes, removed plants, stubborn weed clumps, old clothes line posts and buried boulders . I am so glad this is in my tool shed. Would definitely purchase this again and would recommend it to everyone who is considering purchasing a pick!
